Refund Policy
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, educational content, and custom creative services provided by HITSOUND PRO, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Digital Products and Educational Content
No refunds will be issued for digital products, downloadable content, courses, MIDI files, sessions, templates, or any materials once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
Custom Services
For custom services, including production, arrangement, mixing, mastering, or lyric video services, no refunds will be issued once work has started, as time, resources, and creative effort are immediately allocated. If a project is cancelled by the client before work has started, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of HITSOUND PRO.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided due to subjective preferences, artistic expectations, platform decisions, copyright claims, content removals, demonetization, or external factors beyond HITSOUND PRO’s control.
Approved Refunds
Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
